So I played a game or two using a one-two goon squad of Mitth'raw'nuruodo, Mas Amedda, Nyna Calyxte, and filled out the remainder of the 150 point squad with Storm Commandos, rounded out with a single Czerka Scientist. The Stormies come with Cunning already, and are given Opportunist by Thrawn.

My question isn't about the tempo control (though I'd like to see another good combination or two that yield the same sort of dual turn influence), but about the tactic I was instructed in by a friend: what we termed "Thrawnoportation". It has to do with Thrawn's CE with the 'within 6 squares switch', and if it's subject to Mas' "6=universal' Booming Voice ability. If so, it makes (Insert variety) Vader and Imperial Dignitaries a horrendous thought to contemplate. I only used it to give the Commandos a line of diplomats to hide behind and not be subject to attack, only to switch out when the melee threat is nuked and there are ranged targets to peg.
