Anakin Skywalker for the imperials gets plus 4 attack for loner, if I use Mas Ameda and Thrawn who gives plus 3 attack, does Anakin get plus 4 and plus 3 for a total of plus 7 because he is satisfying both requirements?

yes as long as he is not within 6 of an ally he would gain +7 Attack. Loner is a special ability and stacks with any other special ability. The commander effects stacks with any ability also, however it would not stack with any other flat bonus from a commander effect.

thanks. By flat do you mean the same number like 3 from thrawn and 3 from someone else?

Does the plus 4 and 10 from the ithorian commander stack with plus 3 from kota onto a wookie commando?

Flat would mean a Commander effect Like Trawn's +3 Attack and +3 Defense, OR Like General Obi Wan Kenobi's. These would not stack together if they were in the same squad. However if you had Thrawn's commander effect and A commander effect that granted Advantageous cover would stack with this.

So if the attack or defense bonus from a C.E. is specifically named something it stacks with something that has a different name or is named nothing.

Say you're playing Grand Admiral Thrawn and Jagged Fel. If a Pilot is within 6 squares of an ally and is being effected by GA Thrawn, he would get +7 Attack, since he is getting one flat bonus to attack (+3 from Thrawn) and one ability (Gregarious from Jagged). It doesn't matter that the ability is also giving a bonus to attack in the final calculation, what's important is that what he is actually getting from Jagged is an ability, not a direct bonus.

One little thing to note: Anakin can't get the +3 Atk/Def from Thrawn as it only applies to non-uniques.
