First: are attacks of opportunity only ever provoked for adjacent enemies moving when currently adjacent to you?

Second: If a character has twin attack, does that character get two attacks from the enemy provoking an attack of opportunity?

1: An Attack of opportunity occurs if an enemy moves out of a squard adjacent to a character, whether it be they were based and want to move away or if they are moving past them trying to get to another square (certain other abilities allow you to make them at another time, but those are rare.)

2: Yes

Thanks. Are you considered adjacent if you are diagonal to each other?
