If I include Mandos from Ulic's CE in my Sith Squad, will they be considered Sith followers and benefit from Darth Wyyrlok's CE?

No, Mandalorians brought in via Uliq's CE are still considered to be Mandalorian Faction.

In order for a character to change their faction, they must be brought in via Affinity or be affected by an ability that changes their faction (i.e. Mandalorian Conscription)
