1) Can a character like Cad Bane with Greater Mobile Attack move, lets say, 8 squares, take all 4 shots and then move an additional 4 squares after the attacks if he is granted charging fire from Stormtrooper Han?
2) If a character is granted charging fire, does that mean they can move up to 24 and not attack?

No and no Charging fire replaces your turn and says you may make 1 attack so even with greater mobile you can't make multiple attacks, and you can't move after ending your turn via charging fire. And it replaces your turn so can move 12, it doesn't change your base speed to 12.

Thanks. That all makes sense, but if someone had twin attack, they should get two shots, right? Because twin is an automatic triggered event, right?

Correct, so if Cad charges he does get his twin.
