1) Can a character use double attack and then move up to 6 squares after they attack?

2) Also, does the answer to this change if they have mobile attack?

They need Greater Mobile Attack to move and make all their attacks. Mobile attack lets you move, make one attack, and continue your move. GMA does the same but lets you make all your attacks.

The key wording in the definition of Double Attack:

On its turn, this character can make 1 extra attack instead of moving
