1)Can a bodyguard (chewy) absorb a shockstaff attack from an ally? I know he can take the damage, but can a player choose to have his bodyguard kick in and take the activation as well?

2) Darth maul and rolling cleave: If I kill the enemy can I still move 1 additional space afterward even if there is no enemy to become adjacent to?

You sure ask a lot of (very good) questions, and I don't know the answer to either of these.

My guesses... (edit: were both wrong).

HaHaHa...It's my nature. I don't know for sure either, but I read both of those the same way as well.

1) Yes. I know you can transfer disintegration to a bodyguard, so I would guess you can also transfer Jolt/Shockstaff to a bodyguard.

2) No. The wording of the ability says the charcter "can immediately move 1 square and then make 1 attack..." It's all one phrase so it can't be broken up.

Both of these guesses could be wrong, but that's how I would play them if they came up. Wait for Sithborg or someone else who knows better.

1) I don't think so. Disintegration is kind of a special case. Stunning is not damage.

2) Q: When Darth Maul performs a Rolling Cleave, are both parts mandatory? Can he choose to do the movement but not the attack, or the attack but not the movement?

A: Both parts are optional. Darth Maul may choose to do the movement, but not attack. Likewise, he may choose to make the attack, but not move.
