I was thinking of a scenario where 3 players play against each other. Player 1 has a group consisting of say 200 points. Player 2 has a group of bounty hunters of 100 points. Player 3 has a group of bounty hunters totaling 100 points. Player 1 sets up against both players 2 and 3. Players 2 and 3 have a "non-aggression pact" with one another. Give each faction a set point total to win/lose and have at it. Have fun!

Sounds fun - 3 player is always tricky to balance.

It sounds like Player 1 has a definite advantage. I remember someone posting a while ago about a game they did where it was something like a 250 point squad vs two 150 point squads (the points might be off). The first squad had a huge advantage, since it had far more synergy with itself, while the other two had none with each other.
