If a character is adjacent to an enemy with melee reach 2, and that character moves away 2 or more spaces, does the melee reach 2 character get 2 AoO?

No. Primarily, a character can only make 1 attack of opportunity per turn. Secondly, Melee Reach is only in effect on the character's own turn, and only while they are making at attack.

Thanks. Just to clarify, they can make two attacks on an AoO if they have twin attack, right?

Twin Attack isn't an AoO. It is still triggered by an AoO, because AoO is still an attack.
