replaces turn means that you cannot move in order to use the force power or SA, correct?
If so, Does charging assault SA on darth maul's speeder get a +10 to it's base damage of +20 if it moves on that attack for a total of +30 damage if the attack hits and if I use sith rage, the attack could hit for +40 damage correct? Also, if I have twin attack, thanks to Whorm, would my second, immediate attack get sith rage and charging assault as well?

Yes, unless movement is built into the ability like Chargin Assault
In that scenario the second attack gets the Rage bonus but not the boost from Assault so you make 1 attack for 40, 2nd attack for 30
