It says that you can "move", then make all of your attacks. Is this the characters full move of up to 12 or is it up to it's speed 6 and then attack? Thanks

Just their normal speed (typically 6).

And just to clarify, the movement of 12 is actually a speed 6 character moving double speed which they are only allowed to do when they do not attack or use a replaces attacks ability. Exceptions are CE's or abilities that allow them to move double speed and still attack.
