Is rieeken's evade given to golan arms as well?

yes as they are an ally. Emplacement does not stop them from gaining commander effects.

thanks. just seems odd that it could dodge a bullet since it is a huge unmovable structure.

Real world logic does not always work out with the game lol.

Also a good example of that is Palpatine on throne. HE has emplacement and evade.

You can mount blasters on Bacta Tanks. And grenade launchers.
