GOWK CE question and Grand master Yoda, ataru question. Options

I assume by the way GOWK's CE is worded that Mas Ammeda would not extend his CE board-wide. It seems like an ally needs to be within 6 and that does not appear to be something that Mas could affect, correct?

2) Grand Master Yoda's Ataru style kicks-in when he is fighting 1 enemy and nobody else is within 6 squares, correct?

Yes

and

allies can be around, but just 1 enemy.
