If you were to use Mutant/Cyborg Expiramentations to give a character Cyborg and then have Gha Nackt in your squad wouldn't the character gain the rapport because they would then count as a droid?

I don't think there has been an official ruling, but I'm going to guess no simply because 1 point Drones is not something anyone wants to see.

No. Mutant is something that hapens after squad building. Rapport hapens during squad building. (shudder, 1 pt Drones)
