If a Commander with a CE is locked in a room, does his CE extend to mouse droids?

Really, the only time being locked in a room is a confusing issue is with Mas Amedda.
CEs have 3 main forms:
* "Boardwide" - doesn't matter where the commander or follower is. The bonus applies (unless it's being suppressed by Disruptive or something). General Rieekan for example.
* "Within 6" - the commander has to be within 6 of the beneficiary. This is pretty clear and if there's a door in the way, clearly that blocks the CE from working.
* Other restrictions... adjacent or line of sight or within 2, etc. Same idea as "within 6", but I listed "within 6" separately because it's so common and Mouse Droids/Mas Amedda affect those CEs specifically.
With Mice, you just count distance from the Mouse as if the commander were standing there.
With Mas Amedda, the CEs have 'unlimited range' but they are not 'boardwide'. You have to be able to count squares from the commander to the beneficiary. If the commander is locked in a room, then you can't count squares to the beneficiary and the CE has no effect. (Note that Mas Amedda himself could be locked in a room and that would not matter. It's the commander that can't be locked in a room.)
