Can light-saber throw 5 target a character with super stealth? Options

Can light-saber throw 5 target a character with super stealth? I believe it can a cloaked person, but I wanted to check.

Yes, it ignores cover for the purpose of targeting, so it can be used to attack an enemy with Cloaked or super-stealth. Note that it only ignores cover for the purpose of choosing the target. They would get +4 bonus for cover.
