Phantom Menace because I had higher expectations for the new trilogy.

Episode 2. Hands down. Terrible terrible dialog. The romance scenes were soooo hard to sit through. And the poor attempts at humor with C3PO during the final battle. Hayden was awful too, but improved for RotS.

misclicked actually i have to agree with Robobob episode 2 hands down. though honestly it is because of the actor more than the story line. EPisode 3 is a close 2nd for me mostly because it was still pretty bad and had alot of bad acting.
Episode 1 for me wasnt that bad, the Medichlorians part was a bad idea, but at least the story worked and there want as much bad acting. Jar jar sucks but i honestly like the gungans overall.

However i'll take the romance scenes over the absolute unending boredom of The Phantom Menace

AOTC was soooo bad. So bad. Bad acting, bad dialogue, dull implementation of a cool plot. SMFJ and especially his entrance were the only saving grace, aside from the Dooku duel.

Attack of the Clones. Upon re watching recently, the Phantom Menace is (in my opinion) underrated.
Attack of the Clones however has very few redeeming qualities.

When they come on tv I can watch phantom and revenge, but i can't sit through much of attack.

Like I said, though, hate on AOTC as much as you want, but Mace's part was bad ass. No denying it.

I loved the prequels  after watching them a new hope was kinda boring and lacking .

I watch ATOC like this, Skyline Chase, skip to Kamino watch untill Obi gets captured, Skip back to geonosis, watch a little bit then skip all the way to the Droid Factory and watch from there till the credits. Watched like this it's an okay film. :D
