I was wondering about a combo of [Grand Moff Tarkin] and [Admiral Ozzel]
Would this allow you to activate anywhere between 1 to 3 pieces per turn or does Ozzel lock you into activating 1?

Both CE's must be obeyed, thus Ozzel wins out.

I believe Ozzel locks you into activating 1, as Tarkin offers a choice, but Ozzel does not.

i do believe with at least Mar Tuuk it was rules that if you use him and San hill, you can activate 1 or 2 but his is worded different than tarkins
