Does a character with vehicle count as a living character?

I don't think vehicle affects living/non living.

Second question. Are the swapped characters persistent? As in, If i use Dark Master via Darth Sidious on Darth Maul on Swoop Bike, and Swap in Darth Maul COTS, would Darth Maul COTS have access to Sidious's force points?

I know the second question. No, because you chose maul on swoop In the first place and then using Sidos force with cots would be using two separate characters.

Got it. Champion of the Sith, the seperatist maul from champions of the force. You're probably thinking of Sith Infiltrator, who... i don't know if you could bring him in. He has affinity, but i imagine affinity only works during squad building.

Sith Infiltrator is a Seperatist piece with Sith Affinity so you can swap him Maul on Swoop

No I was thinking of the wizos maul that was Sith probably because its called champion of the SITH. But I was incorrect
