If your playing Marka Ragnos and assuming you at a tournament where you only activate 1 character in the beginning of you turn can you use his CE to activate another character or no? Heres what his CE says

"At the end of this character's turn, you may activate 1 ally within 6 squares who has not yet activated this round. This does not count toward the number of activations this phase."

Wow, that's an awesome way to set up a big Sith Sorcery. Using him and Exar DFS with Bastila or Naga Sadow would be brutal. Up to four lots of Sith Sorcery in the first phase!
