Grand master yoda's lightsaber throw ignores cover it says. So, if i have line of sight to an enemy I assume i can choose anyone? like accurate shot? also, does ignore cover also remove the cover +4 defense boost even if a wall is providing partial cover?

Yes it's like accurate shot but the +4 defense bonus still applys

Ignoring cover only applies to targeting, they will still have cover when attacked.
