I don't understand the logic how this commander effect can be applied to living characters. The first part reads fine as is..."droids are subject to this effect"...but then it goes on to say Droid followers...why not just leave any mention of droid followers and just say followers if it was to be applied to everyone?
"Droids are subject to this effect: Droid followers get +4 Attack and +4 Defense and gain Twin Attack."

It's not meant to affect living characters - Grievous was the commander of the droid army, so the CE reflects how he didn't really order any living characters around

I was reading the comments under his name in the browse section and someone was excited to post that his CE affects everyone. Thanks for clearing that up.

It's normally Whorm that people get confused about - he affects all followers, both droid and living.
