Say a Rakghoul devours a naboo trooper benefiting from the death shot CE. Does the Trooper immediately turn into the Rakghoul or does it get its Death shot off first and then turn into the Rakghoul. I know that Seld Destruct triggers before turning into rak's, but I wasn't sure about this CE.
Thanks!

Quote:13. Resolve any remaining "when defeated" effects such as Impulsive Shot, Impulsive Sweep, Self-Destruct, Cleave, Rolling Cleave, Mon Mothma's commander effect, and so on. Use the simultaneous effects rule as usual. As in previous steps, Impulsive Shot and Impulsive Sweep can begin new attack sequences that interrupt this sequence; resolve the new attack completely, then continue where you left off with the original attack.
14. Remove the defeated character from the battle grid. I surmise from the above that the Rak can't be placed until step 14 is complete, so the death shot comes first.

Swinefield is correct. So, lose a Rak to gain a Rak. That's how I play against Nom Bombs.
