What do you need the maps for? If you're thinking of printing maps, buying them will almost certainly be cheaper (depending on the map, I guess). For playing on a computer, Vassal has almost all of the maps.

That being said, here is a list of all of the SWM maps:

http://www.swmresources.com/downloads/MapList%20January%202013.pdf

That PDF includes all of the WotC maps plus all of the maps by MapMaker (Christopher West) and JediCartographer/ArmoredCartographers/AdventurersAtlas, but it's not high-res. JediCartographer has a new map pack coming out soon, but I assume you've seen those threads already. I believe both JC and MM will sell high-res PDFs if you contact them directly. They both have accounts here at BlooMilk, but you'll probably get a quicker response going to their websites or facebook pages.

I guess technically both MM and JC are "3rd party" map makers, but they're effectively the official map makers for the game at this point, and they produce their maps professionally and are available at retail outlets (mainly miniaturemarket). However, there were some decent maps that were made before the game died that are still floating around out there and were never available except as download PDFs. The best place to check is Swinefeld's repository, then click Holocron, then Maps...

(The Holocron was a website that had a repository of a lot of SWM stuff. Swinefeld archived a bunch of it before it was taken down.)

In my mind, the best maps there (that haven't been made generally available in a map pack) are ArmoredGear7's Nar Shaddaa, and CPreksta's Death Star Skirmish maps. (Which is why they're the only 2 I ever bothered to have printed on my own.)

For some gorgeous maps, check out the 2 maps in the ELI directory (Elizabeth Kurtz). They might be the best looking maps I've seen, but they don't look like they would be that great for gameplay, and they're so different that they kind of clash with the rest of the 'Star Wars Minis Maps' universe.

Thank you sir!

Where is this? When I click the link there is no files? Do I need to sign up for live first?
(best place to check is Swinefeld's repository, then click Holocron, then Maps...)

What is ELI, is that part of another repository?

You need everything after the exclamation point in the link I posted above. It didn't highlight that part to be included as part of the URL. But just follow the short link swinefeld just posted.

Thank you guys very much I apprecaite it.

I have access to very high end printing equipment so I am able to print nice quality maps on huge full sheets. At one time I did have a map from Elizabeth Kurtz. It was beautiful but very hard to play on. I had a collection before AE set came out and sold most of it because no one would play. But now my son is at a nice age to spend time with him to play. So back to collecting LOL. Also, thank you for having these maps available to print its very awesome.

Is ERRATA offical rule changes or something?

Jealous of your printer access. ;)

Errata are corrections for missing or incorrect terrain markings on the maps. (typos, in other words)

Which maps are worth printing out of the ones you have to print? Or may I say, which are you favorites?

Shockfett asked for sites with SWM high res. maps for download, not where to BUY!!!

Here is a large number of excellent maps for download:

Yes.

I had posted your second link, and the other person who posted in this thread is the person who owns that link. I also gave instructions on how to obtain high res images of the newer maps (by contacting the artists).

Your first link looks like it does have a couple maps that are not found on swinefeld's file share. Thank you for sharing it.
