Can you use Blaster Barrage or Focused Attack to target mini's that have force Immunity?

I'm pretty certain you can.

Using those Force Powers is an effect that happens to you (in this case allowing you to attack in a certain manner). Same goes for a Force Power that adds additional damage to your attack such as Sith Rage.

Sometimes it seems to get convoluted but if you think through who is specifically being affected (yourself or your enemy) you will generally be able to determine if you can use it vs Force Immunity.

blaster barage and focused attack both affect the character making the attack not the Defender so what ^he said is correct
