CE and SA stacking question. Here is the question. If the Battle Droid is withing range to gain all the CEs and SAs to increase it's attack, what should the final attack value be for the battle, droid. Reading the rules of "Commander Effect" are any of the 3 attack bonuses given considered "non stacking" click here to view squad examplecommander effect: Certain characters can affect the skirmish, especially their allies, with commander effects. Some commander effects have a range. Line of sight is not required for a commander effect to function unless otherwise noted. However, you must count around walls, doors, and similar impassable terrain when measuring range. Commander effects normally do not affect Droid or Savage characters.
Duplicate commander effects never stack. A single character can benefit from any number of different commander effects simultaneously, but if more than one grants a bonus to the same roll or statistic, only the highest bonus applies.
When a commander effect grants a special ability, the ability is treated as though it were printed on the card. Bonuses conferred by that ability do not stack with any other instances of the same ability, but they would stack with any bonuses to the same statistic granted by other commander effects.
A commander effect ends immediately when the character with the effect is defeated. – page 34 of SWM rulebook 2008

Grievous provides a flat bonus via CE. BD Officer providers a bonus through a SA SBDC provides an ability that in turn boosts attack, so yes all 3 stack since they stem from different items (an allied CE, an allied SA, and a gained ability)
so if the BD does not move it would attack at +12
a character can gain any number of abilities from allies (through CE or Camaradarie) and as long as those abilities are different they will stack for example Cunning Attack and Cunning Atatck +20 will NOT stack as they are both the same ability so only the larger bonus applies, however Cunning Attack and Advantageous Attack will stack.

@Lord_Ball, Once again, excellent explanation! I have player as +12 but the actual wording of commander effect started to make me wonder when it said
"...A single character can benefit from any number of different commander effects simultaneously, but if more than one grants a bonus to the same roll or statistic, only the highest bonus applies."

That is for situations like this:
Snowtrooper Commander: Followers within 6 squares whose names contain Snowtrooper get +4 Attack and gain Squad Assault.
Stormtrooper Officer: Trooper followers within 6 squares get +3 Attack if they do not move this turn.
Both pluses to Attack are a flat bonus (No name attached, like Squad Assult.). So a Snowtrooper, who is not moving, would get only the +4 attack.
