I'm helping grandma with Christmas dinner. And creating 2 Pecan pies, 1 Chocolate Pecan pie AND another that is Cheescake Pecan pie. After gifting 1 to a neighbor, we'll have 3 pies left to eat today and tomorrow and the next day with our date balls, sausage balls, Roast Beast and other Christmas traditions.

One was a little bit tilted in the oven (rookie mistake  ), but it turned out pretty well. The Cheesecake Pecan pie ACTUALLY tasted like Cheesecake AND Pecan pie lol. If that sounds appealing to you guys.
