Hello All, What is your most hated piece to play against in casual games? Mine would be asn droids and a close second would be yoda on kybuck. Just wondering what others thought?

How come the ASN Droid? I don't think I've ever seen anyone use one, so I've never really thought about that piece a lot. Is it the Kouhun Infestation?

The thing that annoys me about playing in casual games is seeing the same pieces over and over again, there aren't really any specific pieces I dislike - the closest are probably the damage negating pieces (GOWK and Zannah), although I've played GOWK a bunch lately, so it would be hypocritical to complain about him....

yeah kouhun infestation! the squad i face usually has 5 or 6...it's annoying because there is no save and it affects living and non-living targets check out the stats! I feel the same way when you keep facing the same squads and pieces, makes it a little bit boring sometimes.

???

Kouhun Infestation (Replaces turn: 60 damage to 1 LIVING enemy within 12 squares regardless of line of sight; save 11)

Living = does not work on droids
Save 11 = only works 50% of the time

Honestly, and this is going to sound stupid, but I hate playing against Mas. I very rarely see an imperial or Republic squad without Mas and for 8 tiny points it makes every range dependent CE better by about 800 + squares. This is just my personal opinion of course and there are pieces out there that can break CEs but you normally don't have the luxury of building a squad after you know what your opponent is using so putting in those CE disruptive pieces doesn't always happen. I don't think Mas was a very well thought out piece knowing that the game would always generate more and more new CE combos.

For WotC pieces at the moment, it would be Gungan Shieldbearer. Arica nearly killed herself because of just one.

I haven't been playing Vsets recently, so I can't take that into account. I definitely don't like Bastila, though.

Zannah, cuz you know as soon as you see her on the opponents side of the field that this is going to be a TOUGH battle. Besides her and Gowk most every other piece/squad can still be defeated with enough strategy and skill, but with them unless you have a counter they are Extremely difficult to take out. Most of the time it comes down to my remaining squad vs Zannah or Gowk trying to take him/her down for the next 4-7 rounds.

Kel-Dor Bounty Hunters....because if you can't kill them quickly enough with accurate, then you know one of your pieces will be dying with their self-destruct 40 for cheap.

my hatred for him, in the game and in the films, has now forced me to eat Gungan eggs in mass quantities,
so I can try to prevent another Gungan birthAngry

With Stealth (not superstealth) and only 10 damage, it's not too hard to move, take 10 in a AOO, then shoot them. It's only if you're all melee, they have superstealth, or they have some way of triggering explosions that they're really a major problem.

A certain Gen Con runner up makes me despise a few new pieces every time we play Wink

In general, I would have to say GOWK, just because I have some LONG harbored hatreds for him since way before I got my V-sets...
