The Clone Strike Dooku has it. It's not shown on his Bloo Milk pic but there are bunch of comments about it on the page.

Can you show me how to find comments for this figure... I have only ever seen it without lightning.
I just found a photo of it with.. So i guess itslegit.. Would like to research him. Is he an error? Or a first run and he was chnaged.. His saber is much more firm than many others...

As far as I know, those Dooku minis all had the "lightning mit". It's just WotC official picture did not have it.

Force Mitten!

Mine has it, and it was bagged when I got it, so that is his standard issue equipment.
I guess they had a tendency to fall off and then get lost.

The sabers in the early sets were better quailty, and/or the owner may have staightened it.

OMG, thanks all so much..
I got it in a trade and had never seen the blue lighting..
I thought the figure was a custom and i was about to get a little torqued..
