If a Rakghoul kills a person while within 6 of a Mando Conscriptor do you get a Rakghoul and that person?

you wouldn't get both because the rakghoul only spawns if the character is actually defeated.

I believe that you would make the save for mando conscription, and then depending on the outcome would either conscript the character OR get a rakghoul if they failed the save.
