Can a Jedi with master of the force 2 use master speed 2x a turn. And if so, can Revan haunted by a spirit that gives him master of the force 3 use master speed 3x in a turn, or would he just be able to use master speed once then move an extra 4 by spending 2 fps?

No to the first as it would fall under stacking. Revan doesn't get MotF3 from Marka, he gets to spend say Master Speed from his FP pool and then one from the DFS to move another two squares.

Revan however can get MOTF 3 from Vergere
