What is the difference between Major General Veers' CE and Crack Shot?
If they are the same, why doesn't he just hand out Crack Shot?

With Crack Shot the damage cannot be prevented or redirected.
With Veers's CE the attack itself (as well as any subsequent damage from it) cannot be prevented or redirected.

Thanks. I didn't realize Crack Shot and Overwhelming Power (unavoidable damage) were weaker than Overwhelming Force (unavoidable attacks and damage). The CE is along the lines of Overwhelming Force.
What additional abilities does the CE get around that Crack Shot does not get around? Pheromones, Draw Fire, Bombad Gungan, Decoy abilities. It gets around the "can't attack" restriction of Diplomat, but not the "can't target" restriction. Did I miss any?
