If Alto Stratus is in a squad with Talon Kardde Information Broker, if Alto Stratus is defeated, leaving some non unique Separatists in a squad with Talon Kardde, do they continue to receive the benefits they'd receive normally (the +4 attack and +10 damage in an all Fringe squad)?

I don't believe so. It's like if you defeat General Rieekan, the rest of your squad doesn't continue to receive evade and mobile.

i do not believe they would. My thinking on this is because, i believe the ruling with if a piece betrays (through internal strife or various abilities) to their squad that is not fringe, They lost the Benefit. Same with Prideful.
