If I have Tyber Zan, and Marn in a squad, and my opponent brings in 6 mice for his reserves, can I take all 6 with my 2 Briberies?

Yes, as each one can take 3 mice apiece.

What you can't do is combine the two Briberies to take a higher-pointed character or combine leftover points to take an additional character.
