1. Does Blast Cannon (+10 Damage against targets within 6 squares) grant +10 Damage against targets within 6 squares add 10 damage to Splash? ( I don't think so)

2. when moving a large character do you count twice when moving through Difficult terrain?

for Example X= Difficult Terrain. 0= clear spaces. W= Walls
WWW
00X00
00X00
WWW

When moving a large character through the 2 X's do you count both? 4 squares of movement or only 2? Or worse yet, do you count them again when moving the "back" of the mini through? (for 8)

3. Characters that were brought in with Rapport that now cost less give the opponent the original point cost or the new lower cost when scoring points?

4. Does characters brought in through Reserves grant the opponent points when defeated? (I know Reinforcements don't)

Thanks!

No, Blast Cannon is a bonus to the damage stat, and Splash does not use that.

When you move a large or larger character, if any of the squares it occupies enters rough terrain/low objects, the movement cost will be doubled.
Also, it does not matter how many squares of low objects/rough terrain the character enters, only whether it has entered any or not.
So, a large character going over a square of low objects will pay 2 movement when a square on the front half enters the terrain, and another 2 when the square on the back half enters.

Characters will be worth the points they were when added to the squad. This also means that you can't kill the rapport generator and make your opponent's other pieces worth more.

Yes, Reserves count for points.
