Looking to create a 750 pt army to take on army of mandalorians...I believe my opponent will be using the special feature from his commander effects to pull in the biggest badest characters from any faction to wipe me off the floor...we have every mini available from wizards and want to create a clash of only using them. Im looking to go imperial or seps...any suggestions?
Regards

Are you using Vsets or just WotC?

Also, what is allowing him to faction bend so that he can use non-Mandalorian faction characters?

Mandalore the Ultimate's Mandalorian Conscription means that any fringe pieces in your squad (or any other pieces from other factions that are somehow in your squad) become Mandalorian for the purposes of Commander Effects. It doesn't mean that you can just put any piece in your squad.

TheHutts is correct. Your squad still has to follow faction rules when you create it. Mandalorian Conscription only kicks in once the skirmish starts. In other words, you can't put Palpatine in Mandalore the Ultimate's squad because the Imperials and Mandalorians are two different factions.
In practice (again as TheHutts said), it tends to only affect Fringe characters. (Or it could work with Sith, if you use Ulic to put Mandalorians in the Sith faction. But that is a special case, in a different situation.)

and theres a few instances (Mainly in vsets) where you get a character with affinity and it just allows them to takeadvantage of more of the CEs that the madnos have

but honestly, if you are playing 750 pts and arent restricted on activations, it might be worth it to just inspect how many smaller guys you can put out, and pump out enough CEs to give them twin, and double, and the like... maybe boost some damage for them... and you might be able to wipe out some of his tougher pieces with just sheer numbers
