The Yammosk steals Mon Mothma's death attack CE, a Vong Worker with 10 hp is killed, would the death attack get Scarification?

Yes, as in the Resolving Effects steps, the damage is applied at step 12, whereas the Deathshot CE will trigger on Step 13. So, at that time, the character would have 0/10 HP, and thus be considered wounded, albeit fatally.
