OK, if I use jabba, can I bring in marn, and then use marn to use bribery? it all happens during setup, and bribery says I can take their reinforcements after set-up does this work? and can I use jabba to bring in lobot, then bring in his own reinforcements?

You could always use Jabba to bring in Lobot to bring in dudes. I assume that Marn would work the same way.

I would think that if you are bringing in Marn or Lobot as a Reinforcement piece, you would reveal them along with their own reinforcements at the same time.

Yes, during setup, you would bring in Marn and the rest of Jabba's points, and separately Marn's 10pts (that you choose). That all happens *during* setup. The stealing takes place after setup.
