I don't know if anyone told JJ that Spaceships can also go into Space.
(I did like the trailer)

I hate what Lucas did to the original Star Wars. (that driod looked cool) Don't get me started about the plot holes in the prequels. (really wicked lightsaber) Jar-Jar .... 'nuff said. (awesome Falcon flying) Now that Disney has SW in its clutches, who knows what will happen. (yeah, I'll go)

Positives: -I liked most of the entire stormtroopers-in-ship scene -I liked the camera work in the spaceship scene -The X-Wing scene was awesome
Negatives: -That lightsaber design makes no sense. Really. How are those side blades useful at all? -What was the scene at the beginning? -Various plot-related questions

Just watch, in the epic final battle the hero will beat the Sith guy with the crossguards of his own lightsaber.

Looks awesome!
Look the cinema pov, especially the stormtroper scene.
The small energy on the saber it to protect your hands from sliding blades I would assume. But I'll wait for the movie to be surprised!

What annoys me is that the emitters for the crossguard extend too far out for the energy parts of it to be useful...but I'm just being picky. Ignore me. Yay for Star Wars!

Shows promise! I think if we see the hilt guards used in a fight we will understand its functionality better. Ya got to admit it's an original idea!

I didn't much care for the way the droid looked and what is up with the speeder that the youngish girl goes riding off on? 30 years after endor and instead of being sleeker and sexier than the scout speeders on endor people are riding around on giant fudgesicles, WTF? The falcon and x-wing scenes did look pretty badass though.
