If a character has Melee Reach 2/3 and uses Lightsaber Sweep, does it get to attack ALL characters that would normally be within it's melee range? (i.e. Silri in Republic with Jorus) And either way, is it the same situation for Telekinetic Combat? If Master Vandar could somehow get LS Sweep, could he attack EVERYTHING within 6 squares?

silri would not get anything from jorus. she is not a unique republic piece.

Master Mind Meld only works on unique Republic allies, so you can't get Silri lightsaber sweep.
Also, you can't give Younglings Force Grip......

Ah, I see my setup didn't work. But in general, can Melee Reach and/or Telekinetic Combat stack with Lightsaber Sweep?

Melee Reach will work with Lightsaber Sweep, but Telekinetic Combat will not.
The reason is because when you utilize Melee Reach, everyone within X squares is adjacent and thus would be an eligible target for Lightsaber Sweep. Telekinetic Combat on the other hand, just lets you make attacks against enemies withing 6 squares, it does not make the characters count as adjacent.
