I have 15 of them installed on Vassal. I suppose I am wondering if they have at all been consolidated into one, OR if there are other map-packs that I need to install?

Pretty much all of the maps are now incorporated into the main module (newest one) - though I believe some of the more recently released maps have not been added yet (JC Map Pack 5, the Maps of Mastery space station set)
