For Princess Leia Hoth commander, Poggle, and now Passel. When a character is defeated but saved due to the CE, where does it get set up again? Within 4 squares of the map edge again?

Passel's CE is worded differently than Poggle's or Leia's. It says Remains in Play instead of "Returns to Play."

Yes but they also don't go back to full health.
