Just curious, can the Commando Droid's CE be applied multiple times from different droids to the same droid ally. Example having 6 commando droid officers giving IG88 a twin attack over and over again on each of their turns.

And then same question with the Tactical Droid, if multiple tacticals can keep giving the same piece the ability to move and shoot

No, they would have to affect different characters.

If you read the Tac's CE very closely you'll see why, but it is easy enough to miss that Sithborg added a Q/A to the mini-FAQ when the set came out.
