If you use Dark Master and have Master of the Force 2, you can only spend Force points from Dark Master for the whole turn. Not just for one instance of spending Force points. Quote:During setup, if you have this character in your squad, choose a Unique allied character in your squad. The chosen ally can spend Force points from this character as if they were its own. That ally doesn't have to have a Force rating, but if it does, it cannot spend its own Force points on the same turn.

This is one of those weird areas... I think the ruling in 'official' rules though on Dark Master is consistent with the CE's of the Force Battery pieces though, so in its own way, it kinda makes SWMinis sense? this ruling would make a few games I've played in the past at tournament, illegal hehehe. I think they mainly meant, you can't mix spending force points from your character AND the originator of 'Dark Master' in the same turn, and by 'turn', i think they meant 'activation' though, I don't see why you couldn't use a force ability with Dark Master points when attacking, and then 'Riposte a Riposte' if that happened... though we houserule the force to function more like the SW:TCG game force pool anyhow hehehe.

So, if you have motf2, you can spend fps from the dark master twice, but not from him, then yourself?, however, to clarify each time a character activates that is a turn, so you could use your own fps on the next activation

The force-sharing CEs say you can't combine force points, but if you have MotF2, you could spend your own first and then spend points using a CE second. Dark Master is odd in that the glossary applies the restriction to the whole turn.

It certainly made playing Krayt more difficult. Glad TJ found this gem because nobody really knew it worked that way.

Dave pointed it out a couple months ago. I had no idea before then.
