before i run this squad at a tourny please answer my Q:
Can you use GOWK and GM yoda in the same squad to give followers +7 attack and +7 defense?????

No, because both are direct modifications to the attack and defense stats from commander effets.
You would take the higher of the bonuses and apply that. If one were a special ability, then they would stack (I believe).

Correct. For instance, GOWK w/ the new Luminara and Barriss in the same squad. They both have Synergy with each other (as soon as they errata the new Luminara) and therefore gain the +4/+4 from GOWK's CE and +4/+4 from the Synergy SA. Luminara ends up with 28 defense (32 in cover) and Barriss ends up with 27 def (31 in cover).  Adding GModa to that squad would do nothing more since his CE is +3/+3 and GOWK's is better...so you would use GOWKs.

Commander effects that give the same ability don't stack, whichever is the better fo the two takes over

you would only get gowk since its the better of the two

I have a question simular to this thread too. Now i know GM Yoda & Gowk's CE's do not stack. But what about the New Qui Gon & Gowk or GM Yoda? i know its giving a bonus to the same stat but qui gons is for followers with a force rating & attack score of +10 or less, & GM yoda & Gowks is just for followers. Would qui gon & Gowk Or GM Yoda's Stack?

They are both a +X to Attack CEs, and thus do not stack, it does not matter if they affect different figures or have different conditions, they still grant a stat bonus.
