If a piece is getting Charging Fire/Assault from a commander, I read somewhere that you can activate it on their turn while they still have it, and run into an area with Disruptive bubble and do anyway (Obviously they can't activate that ability again once they are in it). I just want to clarify if this is correct, because I run into this predicament a lot.

Yes that is the case, the charging fire/furious assault check happens before the begin their movement. Any additional boosts handed out by commander effects will be taken away once they are inside the bubble.

I'm no authority on the rules, but I am fairly certain you can do that. Charging Fire/Assault is 'used' at the beginning of your turn, and in this instance, outside of the bubble, so Disruptive can't cancel an in-progress Charging Fire.

EDIT: Ninja'd. Disregard my rambling.

Yea that's how I thought about it too, because you activate the ability while you still have it, and then you just do what it tells you.

Here's another question. Can I use abilities that say "usable once on this turn" with charging fire/assault? For Example Sith Rage, Lightsaber Precision, or Yun-Yammka Devotion. Could I theoretically even use Sith Battle Manipulation or Sith Sorcery?

As long as they do not Replace turn, or attacks then yes. I Believe they must be used at the end of movement however.

You can used "zero time abilities" (like sith Sorcery) any time on the character's turn (except that you cannot interrupt another action to use them). Do note that things like Rage and Precision are not strictly zero time abilities--they must be used immediately before the attack they modify.
