1) When using Mas Ammeda and anyone with a CE that works within 6 squares, what happens if the people receiving a commander effect, "within 6 squares commander effect" are locked in a room away from Mas and the Commander giving the CE (and would it change anything if they were locked in with Mas but not the commander?)? I think they do not receive the CE if the Commander giving the CE is not locked in the room with them or have a mouse droid, right? Conversely, under the same scenarios they would receive a SA like CGDAC's because it's a SA and not a CE, right?

2) Felcor's have a melee reach of 2 squares. So if it's intended target is 2 squares away and breaks away, does the felcor get an AOO? And if the felcor breaks away, would it's target get an AOO?

Good to be back participating in bloo milk! I have been playing a lot of other games, but SWM has always been my favorite!

1) Booming Voice just extends the CE range, it doesn't matter where Mas is. However, if the commander is locked in a room, then the CE is limited. Think of it like an "infinite range." Instead of 6 squares to trace a path to the recipient, you have an infinite number, but there still needs to be a viable path.
GGDAC's CE can work when he's locked in a room because it's a boardwide CE. There's no range limit listed on the CE at all, so think of it kinda as applying to every square on the map. You don't need to be able to draw a path because it's everywhere.

2) No, only physically adjacent characters trigger AoO. Think of Melee Reach 2 as only being "on" at the time the FelCor attacks, and not being "on" anytime else.

I hope those explanations helped?

1) Mas Ameda makes the range of a CE infinite, but you still have to be able to count squares between the commander and the recipient. A good way to think of it that Nickname came up with years ago was to treat Mas as changing the CE to "within 500 squares". It still doesn't work if there is no path between the two, but the path can be infinitely long. GGDAC is different in that his CE doesn't have a range at all, it just affects every character on the board and doesn't need a path.

2) No, Melee Reach is only applicable when attacking, so another character moving doesn't interact with Melee reach. Nor does the Felcor give up an AoO when moving if a character is 2 squares away.

definition of melee reach 2 says on your turn characters 2 squares away are considered adjacent.
so AoO would only be 1 square, since it doesn't happen on the Felcor's turn.
If an 1 square range explosion happened 2 squares away,on the Felcor's turn, then it would be
effected be the explosion.
