Extra turn count as a character's next turn? Options

As the name states if I have Lok Durd, a separatist huge, and Sideous. And I give defoliator to that huge, it states that he has it until the start of his next turn. But if Sideous activates that huge with pawn of the dark side does he still have it then? Or does that count as his next turn?

Location: Akron Ohio, just south of dantooine.
It is the start of Lok Durd's next turn. Not the next turn of the huge.
