Okay...my bookmarked rules for this seems to be gone. So I'm forced to ask clarification.

As I understand it....Strafe Attack works against every character whose space your moving into. But the definition clearly says I can't benefit from attacking twice. So the question is ....does twin attack from a CE still stand? And if twin does apply, how do explain that wording to my competitor?
