C'mon, these are relatively simple ciphers --- the folks encoding them want folks to decipher it makes codebreakers and the stuff they did at bletchley park seem tame by comparison (we could waffle for ages about the codicies of Babbage or allegedly of Archimedes of Syracuse ) that said, extra special thanks for making the jumble a little easier going for folks it's a little easier when there's fewer than 10-14 digits and we can pick out the keywords from the format; we even have the difference of capitalised letters and non-capitalised letters what's more annoying is when one considers combinatorics - n! or n^x^y! for the possible combinations on the characters themselves for the things that aren't part of the format... it becomes difficult to narrow down the exact card with 5Sigma hehe...
esoteric digression aside; do folks feel we could be looking at 2 separate stat cards here? or, a big one with flavor text? is CorellianComedian's insight/derailment on the level? there's just enough digits to make 2 cards from back of the envelope... unless we're confusing 'o's with "0"s hahah give us a while, and I'll parse this through a few filters and see what I come up with |I'm still working on previous Bothan Transmissions hehe|

First thoughts, maybe it's a set list for the next mini set? Because there are numbers 1-11 if you are cool with a random extra 6. Otherwise if this is a character they only have one 0 so that makes it a force Spirit but than why have numbers at all! Anyways here is my two guesses, set list or:
